About Eitol Towers
“Always design for the party – this is very important in a site plan”.
Mike Burnett, Developer, Eitol Towers
Completed in 2018, Eitol Towers is a mixed use residential community designed for the active urban dweller yearning for something totally different and exciting. This building is fun, sexy and unlike anything you've seen before! It features 13 colorful modern towers surrounding a large courtyard with lagoon-shaped water feature and waterfall, chill lounge and upscale restaurant called InsideOut.
Located at 1642 University Avenue, Eitol Towers is across the street from the towering rainbow pride flag which serves as the starting point for San Diego’s annual LGBT Pride parade held each July. It is also across the street from where the Hillcrest Farmers Market
is held every Sunday. The market, among the largest in San Diego, currently consists of about 175 vendors offering a wide variety of locally grown in-season fruit, produce, gifts, arts and crafts, and flowers. Many of the local farmers participating in the market grow their produce organically or with no pesticides. The market also hosts a large variety of prepared food and hot food items with an emphasis on international cuisine. Additionally, the market features weekly entertainment performed by a variety of bands.
While Hillcrest is centrally located to most all that San Diego has to offer, Eitol Towers is centrally located to all that Hillcrest has to offer.
